This place has terrible service. Was told my delivery would take no more that 45 minutes. After an hour I called and was told that they would not be delivering my pizza sure to the location of my home.

ALWAYS fast delivery..always good to eat when it gets here, and usually piping hot, to boot I order philly cheese, extra meat and cheese, and chick parm, extra meat and cheese...also chocolate lava cakes..........they load 'em up with extra meat AND cheese, very tasty...and the chocolate lava cakes..well, you can order the frozen ones you bake off yourself from Chef BigAzz, or you can melt Valrhona or whatever and make them yourself...but if you want two lava cakes for under $5, that are chocolately gooey, the cake exterior is ALWAYS perfectly crisp and contains the melted chocolate perfectly..and they're CHOCOLATE...these are the way to go...I have had a chocolate craving and called while driving by and picked them up even, because this is as chocolate fixy as you're going to get...so get snobby or try these, it'll be your loss anyways.......I've had one left next day and had friends eat them cold and love them... so fill out your profile, set your account up, and order online of this is your store ......THIS STORE NOT ANY OTHER DOMINO'S..I order from did I say it yet THIS STORE on N Penn and it has never been a bad experience, ever if it is, call the manager!

Domino's has started charging $1 for every little pack of cheese or pepper that you want with your Pizza. This is greed at its best. So disappointed in this company now.

I give this place 0 stars because of their customer service. They are so rude and disrespectful!!!!!! The last time my husband and I ordered from there, we added on 6 ranch cups, which is $3.00. Might not seem like a lot of money but we love to dip our pizza and wings in ranch. When they delivered it, we did not get our ranch. I told the deliver driver named Trenton and he said I did not order them and called me a liar. I called the store and asked to talk to a manager about the situation and they told me the manager was busy and could not talk to me. I finally got a manager on the phone and he pulled up my ticket and said that I did not order the ranch and there was nothing he could do. The mangers name was Steve. I explained to him that he was wrong and I could not believe that a manager would have that sort of customer service. I had to explain to Steve that I had ordered the choose 2 for $5.99 a piece. When you add 6 ranch cups, it changes the price on that combo from $5.99 to $8.99. He then realized he was wrong and asked me what I wanted him to do. I said I am offended by everyone telling me I am wrong, still not receiving the ranch that I paid for, and for the manager telling the person that answered the phone that he was too busy to take a call from a disgruntled customer. I told him I wanted my $20.92 refunded. He said he would take care of it right away. This was on 11/19/2014. I never received my refund. I hadn't been back again until my husband convinced me to give them another chance. We did and same issue again. I did not get my ranch and the driver said I did not order them. I explained to him how this happens every time and I either want my money back right there for the ranch, or I want the ranch sent back out to me. He said he can't give me my money back because if he does not return with the full amount of money he has to take the whole order back. We were hungry. I told him that he needs to bring me my ranch out then. He said he would call someone and have them deliver it as soon as he got in his car. I never received the ranch. I paid another $25 tonight. I will NEVER be back to this location due to their customer service, which is a shame because their food is great.

This is not a good dominos. It is dirty, in a bad location, and they NEVER answer their phones. Literally you can call 10 times and if your lucky they will answer once. It doesn't make much sense how they act toward customers consider how inconvenient the location is and how nasty their pizza tends to be. They always make their pizzas really greasy, and with a HUGE amount of tomato sauce. There is a pizza hut up the street that has better quality. It pains me to write this review, as I really enjoy Domino's new style of pizza. It usually wonderful, but this place is much like the "old" style Domino's.

this place sucks and i won't ever order here again. the pizza is usually burnt. never cut right and now it took 2 hours to get a p.o,s cold pizza. not once have been satisfied. you suck. i would rather have a tonys frozen crap pizza than ever order here again.
